Once you start back
Lace Insert in col A (instructions at the bottom of page 68)-
attach separate ball of col A yarn at both markers (so that whichever end you reach when you wrap & turn- you will always have yarn to work with).
ERRATA on page 68- it should be:
Round 32: *P1, (k1, p1) seven times, k2tog, (p1, k1) six times, rep from *,- 140 (168)sts Rounds 33, 34 & 35 ( still in color B): *P1, k1, rep from *
Can you comment for me on page 68 rounds 32 ,33 ,34 and 35 call for *p1,(k1,p1) seven times, k2tog (p1,k1) six times.
ReplyDeleteDoes this only applies for row 32?
If I continue with the decrease after row 33,I won't be able to complete the round and I will not have 168 sts (in the larger size). Can you please let me know? This is my first complex project
Myriam, you are correct- the pattern should read as follows (i will add this to the correction):
ReplyDeleteRound 32: *P1, (k1, p1) seven times, k2tog, (p1, k1) six times, rep from *,- 140 (168)sts
Rounds 33, 34 & 35 ( still in color B): *P1, k1, rep from *
thanks for the posting. I love your designs and am experimenting with an inexpensive alternative to the Lorne Laces. When I feel comfortable I will do a more delicate version. Great book!
